1. Customized Products
All our products are custom-made and personalized based on the details provided by the customer (such as name, message, design, etc.).
👉 Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds on customized products once the order is confirmed and processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We offer replacement or refund only if:

The product is damaged during delivery, or

You receive a wrong item
To claim:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos/video of the issue

3. Order Cancellation

Once the design/printing process has started, cancellation is not possible

The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days

Refund will be processed via the original payment method

Minor color variations due to screen differences
