At ZIKZAG, we take pride in delivering high-quality, stylish printed products tailored to your needs. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Customized Products

All our products are custom-made and personalized based on the details provided by the customer (such as name, message, design, etc.).

👉 Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds on customized products once the order is confirmed and processed.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We offer replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or

  • You receive a wrong item

To claim:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/video of the issue

After verification, we will:

  • Provide a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full/partial refund


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once the design/printing process has started, cancellation is not possible


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be processed via the original payment method


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized/personalized products

  • Digital designs (if provided)

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences


6. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer may lead to failed delivery without refund
